Approach

The engagement, step by step.

Four steps in a fixed order, with a decision point between each. You can stop after the assessment or the roadmap with a document you can use.

  1. 01 Assess

    AI Readiness Assessment

We inventory the systems and data, read the vendor terms on the tools already in use, interview department leads, and map the workflows where hours concentrate. The governance gaps go in a list with a severity against each.

    Who is involved
The managing partner or CEO, the heads of each department we interview, and whoever owns IT and compliance.
    What you get
A written readiness report and a prioritized 90-day pilot proposal.

Decision pointThe firm holds a readiness report and a 90-day pilot proposal. It can stop here, take the report to another firm, or continue to the roadmap.

  2. 02 Plan

    Strategy and Roadmap

The roadmap selects the workflows, sets the success measure for each, chooses models and vendors against the firm’s compliance rules, and makes the build-or-buy call. Every item carries a budget, an owner and a date.

    Who is involved
The leadership team for two working sessions, plus the owner named for each item on the roadmap.
    What you get
A roadmap the leadership team can approve and a pilot scope ready to start.

Decision pointThe leadership team approves the roadmap and the first pilot scope, or stops with a document it can execute on its own.

  3. 03 Build

    Implementation

The pilot is built against the baseline measured in the assessment. Approval gates, cost controls and monitoring are part of the first version rather than a later phase. Documentation is written as the build goes.

    Who is involved
The workflow owner, two or three people who do the work today, and IT for access and deployment.
    What you get
A workflow in production with before-and-after measures, documentation and a handoff.

Decision pointThe pilot goes live with before-and-after measures, and the firm chooses the next item on the roadmap, or stops there.

  4. 04 Train

    Training and Change Management

Role-based sessions, a written policy, a champion program and a shared prompt library. The review process for AI-assisted work is agreed with compliance before the first session.

    Who is involved
Every role that will touch the workflow, the internal champions, and the person who signs the AI use policy.
    What you get
A team that uses what was built, and a policy the firm can show a client or regulator.

Decision pointThe team runs the workflow without us, and the policy is on file to show a client or a regulator.

Governance

What we do with your data.

Every engagement runs under a non-disclosure agreement, signed before any document is shared.

Client data stays in the client's systems wherever the work allows. Where we need a copy to build against, the contract sets where it is held, for how long, and how its deletion is confirmed.

The tools used on your engagement, and their data terms, are agreed in discovery and listed in the roadmap.

Find out which step is yours.

Thirty yes or no statements, three minutes, and a score that says whether to start with the assessment, the roadmap or the build.
