Services

The four steps run in order.

Each step produces a document or a working system you keep. Start at the beginning, or enter where your firm already stands.

01

AI Readiness Assessment

For leaders who do not know where to start, or who want a second opinion before spending.

What is included

  • Inventory of systems and data
  • Review of current AI tool use and vendor terms
  • Interviews with department leads
  • A map of the highest-value workflows
  • A governance gap list

What you get

A written readiness report and a prioritized 90-day pilot proposal.

Price

Depends on the project and the budget. Each proposal carries the price for its scope.

02

Strategy and Roadmap

For firms that have run the assessment or already know their data.

What is included

  • Workflow selection with a success measure for each
  • Model and vendor selection against the firm’s compliance rules
  • Build-or-buy decisions
  • Budget, owner and date for every item

What you get

A roadmap the leadership team can approve and a pilot scope ready to start.

Price

Depends on the project and the budget. Each proposal carries the price for its scope.

03

Implementation

For firms with a scoped pilot. The list below is the menu; the scope decides what is used.

What is included

  • Workflow automation
  • Document processing
  • Retrieval over the firm’s own documents
  • Agents with approval gates
  • Prompt engineering
  • Fine-tuning when prompts are not enough
  • Infrastructure and cost controls
  • Monitoring

What you get

A workflow in production with before-and-after measures, documentation and a handoff.

Price

Depends on the project and the budget. Each proposal carries the price for its scope.

04

Training and Change Management

Runs alongside Build or on its own.

What is included

  • Role-based training
  • A written AI use policy
  • An internal champion program
  • Prompt and template libraries
  • A review process for AI-assisted work

What you get

A team that uses what was built, and a policy the firm can show a client or regulator.

Price

Depends on the project and the budget. Each proposal carries the price for its scope.

What we do not sell

Three things you will not get from us.

  • Strategy decks without a pilot. A roadmap that never reaches production is a report, and you can get one of those anywhere.
  • Transformation programs without a ship date. If the plan cannot name the first workflow and the month it goes live, it is a wish.
  • Custom model training when prompt work would do. Fine-tuning is the expensive option, and the plan has to show that prompts and retrieval ran out first.

Start with the assessment.

An inventory of your systems, data and rules, interviews with your department leads, and a report that tells you what to do first.
